We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Yoga Business Partnership Manager to spearhead strategic alliances and partnerships in the yoga and wellness industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our network, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through collaborative initiatives.The ideal candidate is passionate about the wellness space, has a deep understanding of the yoga business ecosystem, and is skilled in creating win-win partnerships with like-minded brands, studios, retreat centers, wellness influencers, and corporate clients.

About the partnership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Build Partnerships: Research, target, and establish partnerships with yoga studios, wellness brands, retreat venues, yoga instructors, and other industry players to drive mutual business opportunities.
  • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to enhance collaboration opportunities, increase brand visibility, and generate revenue.
  • Manage Relationship Lifecycle: Maintain, nurture, and grow key relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop joint campaigns, promotions, or special projects that align with business goals.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements that meet the company’s objectives while providing value to partners.
  • Analyze and Report on Partnership Performance: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build meaningful connections in the yoga and wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with yoga retreats, wellness festivals, or related events.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or technology-enabled solutions in the wellness sector.
